Used bike shops (electric family style bike)

I’d like to get a used electric bike to haul kids around. To save some cash, I’d prefer to get it used. Not knowing Japanese well, I imagine that it would be easier to something from a shop instead of directly from a person.

Do used bike shops exist in Osaka? I’m having trouble finding anything online, but I may not know how to look. Thanks!
