JAL Abc Sim Card stopped working after 1 day

Hey,
I bought a 30 day sim card with unlimited data 3 days ago at the JAL Abc desk at Narita Airport, and after day 1 it stopped working fully. I can't find any contact email or phone number in the internet, the one's I did e-mail just told me to try it somewhere else.
I went to a docomo shop because it uses their system, but they couldn't help me because they didn't provide the sim-card.
Did anyone else experience something similar or knows how to fix the sim card?

It worked normal the first day and there was no setup necessary, they told me so at the desk too.
But when I look in my settings there is no APN and I can't even see what my japanese phone number would be. It still shows LTE tho!
