Need brakepad replacements on my 7 year old Toyota van. I usually go to the dealer for checkups and oil changes but have bought tires/battery at Costco. Went to a Yellow Hat shop today and the staff seemed annoyed when I asked for a quote and then said, "we don't repair brake pads here." (Website said different but I'm not going to argue with them.)
Someone else mentioned Autobacs but I'm wondering if it's even worth it to go to a small/chain shop or just stick with the dealer…
