i am a tour guide in various parts of tokyo, and one of the questions i am frequently asked is whats it like buying an apartment here, not renting. and i literally have no frame of reference or any idea at all.
so here i am asking reddit. is there a general trend where 1LDK is typically X a 2LDK is typically Y. yes i know every part of the city/country is different, but i'm sure my guests only refer to the central parts of tokyo where they often stay.
