how to download shows from TVER?

for those who don't know what TVER is, it's a streaming app for Japanese TV Shows, highly recommend

but my problem Is that my internet is shit and with a vpn is worse, and hope that my internet doesn't fail for a second because 💀

I've watched the shows via yt for example " あのちゃんの電電電波" because someone recorded the program in a page ( I think (?) ) and uploaded it, and that option of watching the programs live through a web page works but once again, dealing with my internet and the time difference is a headache

so, does anyone have an idea of how to download the shows?😭

edit: or well, any option doesn't have to be TVER, just that it is the most famous platform, but what I want most is to download the shows to watch them comfortably
