So I've been looking at apartments and found an agency that I really like, but they don't accept foreigners with working holiday Visa. My question is, could a Japanese friend rent the apartment and I stay in it?
Could she for example rent it as an office? Or we rent it as a couple and pretend to be together?
I just really really want this particular place, help me out guys.
