I've been using a dept store credit card for 10 years (it was the only credit card I could get when I arrived here fresh faced!) and while it gives me good points to use in that particular store I'm at a stage in life where air miles would be more useful for my family.
Any recommendations on any you use that are not too difficult for a foreigner to get? My Japanese isn't great so one with English support would be ideal. I have PR and spend around 5-6M on my credit card each year.
