Anyone who lived in Leo Palace and Village House apartments? I’m currently choosing between the two properties in the same neighborhood in Midorii, Hiroshima City and I wanna know from those who had these real estate agencies if they’re really worth it.
The one I found in Village House is 2K apartment, 29 square meters in one floor, for 36,000 yen per month, built in 1960s but it says it was renovated. It’s unfurnished but looks good because it has a bigger kitchen.
The other one in Leo Palace is 1K apartment, 26 square meters, 2 storey, for 36,000 yen per month, built in 2003, semi-furnished with induction cooker, small TV, single bed with storage, small table and 2 chairs, and washing machine. It may look promising because you don’t have to worry about buying the basic appliances it’s more modern than the Village House but it has lesser space and smaller kitchen
