Under the salmon looks like snapper with the skin on which I haven’t seen before. To the right of the salmon looks like escolar. To the right of that looks like hamachi.
Of the three nigiri the bottom one looks like amber jack and the middle like some type of mackerel maybe. Not sure about the top one, and could be wrong about the others too!
I’m not sure what most of that is, but I would eat it without asking!
The red skin fish is kinmedai, or goldeneye snapper. The skin is blanched, yubiki. The topmost nigiri looks to be a seared skin tai or madai, but could also be kuromutsu. Not enough skin visible to tell. The middle is seared albacore, possibly marinated. The rightmost sashimi is likely over cleaned/past prime hamachi loin, or possibly amberjack.
You are clearly at a restaurant. There is nobody there to ask?
