I've been with my company for over 8 years. I like my job and enjoy teaching. It's a dispatch company and probably considered the kind of "Dancing Monkey" type job. We do lessons for KG's in the morning and more indepth in the afternoon for KG and EL. Overall, I'm satisified with the job. I love going to different cities during the week and I like how happy kids usually are.
Why I'm happy. The pay is fine, the longer i've been there the better the job has been. The team is good. I've maybe had 1 or 2 issues with staff over the years. If you aren't trouble for the company, you'll usually be able to have some input towards changing schools if you want. It's a pretty easy job as well, since everything is provided. Some creativity is allowed as well.
For me though. I'm wondering how many people are actually happy where they are and how long they've been working for their current company. Also what kind of teaching is it…. Maybe we can find a style of teaching that more people tend to be happier doing. BTW the performing 'dancing monkey' is probably a good thing for me or id probably be fat. The fitness helps
