Are there any sustainability intiatives, groups or NGOs based in Yokohama/Tokyo?

Sometime next year, I will be doing an exchange to Yokohama which includes language study and an internship opportunity (internship is used loosely here, but contributing to a cause is the simplest way to put it).

Generally, the best-case scenario is that I can find an internship at an organisation/group/firm that focuses on sustainability and/or social change in yokohama/tokyo and the surrounding areas. I am hoping to put my graphic design skills to use as well as my Japanese language skills, so one idea I had was looking at design firms that focus on projects in the Tokyo/Yokohama area (No-signer was one that I've known for a while so I've put that as an idea). Another idea I had was checking out the NGO's or the government initiatives there to see if anything matched what I was looking for, but navigating the sites there has been a bit of a pain.

I am currently in the middle of an hours-long research spree trying to find more ideas for where to do an internship and was wondering if any residents (or non-residents) knew of any organisations or initiatives in the area that focus on environmental sustainability or deal with any social issues! Any redirections to Japanese sources I could refer to for finding internships or where I can ask people who would know more would be very appreciated too!

The original post is meant to be for yokohama (you can find it in r/Yokohama )but since Tokyo is fairly nearby, it would increase my internship options a lot more!
