What cooking ingredient and/or utensil is worth bringing home to the US?

Edit to add: I will try to respond more later but first off WOW- thank you so much this is gold!!!

For those who have travelled and left Japan before, or those who are generally aware of what is available in the US via Costco, Amazon, and cookware places, but not somewhere with any specialty Japanese stores, what food items (nonperishables) or cooking utensils are just so handy, or so tasty and rare that I would be an idiot not to buy some for home? (Not that they’ll last forever, obviously, but it’s worth it to me anyway).

I already have instant miso packets, canned onigiri filling, and some real wasabi (yeah, the stuff we get in America is not the real thing generally), and some furikake flakes for rice.

In terms of utensils, I already own a hotpot / Yakiniku combination cooker and was debating cooking chopsticks but I didn’t buy any yet.

What should I get? What do you think you miss/will miss the most? Airport friendly only recommendations please (ie no bidets).

Onigaishimasu 🙏🏻
