Transiting from Tokyo to Kawaguchiko and from Kawaguchiko to Osaka

Hi,

We are planning to spend two nights in Kawaguchiko during our trip before ending in Osaka. I was looking at options for transfer but wanted to get this community's advice.
From Tokyo to Kawaguchiko, I saw two main options :

• Take a bus from Shinjuku expressway bus terminal that stops there

• Take the JR from Shinjuku to Ōtsuki and from there take the Fujisan View Express to Kawaguchiko.

Both options seem to take about 2 hours in total. We will be travelling with two large suitcases. I imagine the Fujisan View might have a better view obviously but is it comfortable with luggage ?

From Kawaguchiko to Osaka, the only real option I identified is to get a taxi to Mishima station and from there a train direct to Osaka.

Are there any better options or did I miss anything ? What would you recommend ?
