Hi everyone,
I'm in the process of getting a house built in Tokyo, and the next step is committing to a builder.
Since most questions here are related to real estate, does anyone have first or secondhand experience working with Japanese house makers?
I'd want a high quality house with great insulation, solar panels, and so on. I'm willing to pay the premium, and I don't plan to sell it for decades if possible.
My shortlist is Freedom Architects and Ichijo. They both can build houses to the highest standard, and they qualify for tax cuts due to their low energy consumption.
Thanks a lot for any advice/link, and I hope this is the right place to post!
