How are you finding driving in Japan?

I’m a new driver and have never driven anywhere else, but I feel constantly on edge when driving here.

The consequences of hitting a careless cyclist are huge and there’s just so many of them. It makes me want to move to a big city just so I don’t have to drive anymore.
