Hello!
I am looking at Airbnb vs. hotels during a trip to Tokyo in December as I’ll be traveling with family and we want to maximize time together (also hotels seem quite pricey over Christmas, understandably so).
I’m looking at a couple of Airbnbs outside of Shinjuku City and would love opinions from this group if this area is too much on the “outskirts” ? Most of them are within walking distance to the Nakai station on the Oedo line. Great to be near the train, looks like can get most places in 20-30 min.
Curious if anyone has a pulse on the general vibe in that area?
