Cheers y’all, im moving to Higashi-Marutamachi next week and i was wondering if anyone knew about any local Chinese/Taiwanese breakfast joints/cafés in town? Most of the restaurants ive found through my cursory searching so far have been focused at the lunch/dinner side of things and not the breakfast/snack type beat. I’m really just craving youtiao with soy milk though, so if that’s around anywhere im really not picky. Even a Hong Kong diner or something adjacent would be lovely if anyone is aware.
