Food recommendations for omakase, wagyu

Hi all,

It will be our first time travelling to Japan this late November and all of the food options are currently overwhelming. Several places we have looked at have also not started taking reservations yet in November. I am using a conceirge service with my credit card to help book reservations.

My girlfriend and I and travelling from Toronto and will be staying in the triangle of Kyoto, Osaka, and Nara for most the first 7 days of our 14 day trip. Tje last 7 days will be spent in Tokyo. We will also be venturing further west into Kobe for a day.

We are ok with a budget of up to 40,000 yen per person for each place (we are open to cheaper prices if its good enough to warrant a visit).

I would say we are already pretty experienced with Omakase from visiting numerous places, of various quality, in places such as Toronto, New York, and Cascais. We cant wait to see what the place of origin has to offer.
