I am now going to Japan with Tokutei Visa and I notice I will have some free time with the full time job I applied. So I would like to do part time jobs at another restaurant if it's possible. Is it possible?
You say “another restaurant”. Does that mean that you’ll be coming to Japan on the Food Service SSW visa?
If so then it might be *possible* to do this, but not exactly recommended. It’s something you would need to discuss with your main employer before trying it. The way the SSW is set up your employer has a ***lot*** of control over what you’re allowed to do and even over your visa.
Legally speaking you would be able to work a second job if it’s in line with your visa class. Realistically speaking if you make your primary employer angry you could easily be fired and possibly kicked out of the country.
