Where can I go to fix a broken cord?

Hello,

This is probably a weird question but, the apartment complex that I live in comes with Wi-Fi, called a Life Stick. It plugs into the back of the TV and the cord that plugs into it plugs into the Internet cord that comes from the wall and a power outlet.

I came home one day and my Wi-Fi wasn’t working for some reason, so I checked the back of my TV which the Wi-Fi Life stick plugs into and the cord that plugs into the wifi stick had ripped out of the stick.

The top of the cord was still plugged into the stick, but somehow the wires ripped from the stick.

I called the housing unit, but they won’t replace the cord, they just want me to replace the whole unit by paying 16000¥

All I need is the top of the cord fixed, or a new cord, but they just want me to pay for an entirely new thing.

Is there any place in Tokyo to go to fix a cord? Or should I just suck it up and pay the money?
