My partner and I are traveling to Japan next month. First time visitors! Overall, we have a total of 12 full days. We've been looking at creating a itinerary that could make sense, and that would allow us to visit other cities and places as well. One of our days has been booked for Disney, and we have bought tickets in advance. My question is; is there anything on this itinerary that we should scrap (or perhaps anything we should add instead of something else – for instance scrap Yokohama?) or is it possible to complete this itinerary during our visit?
Additional info; personally, I don't have anything against very long days out and about, and I have no issues walking a ton. My partner can get tired throughout the day, and would prefer not so lengthy days (full day trips not included)

Day 1 / Arrival – we arrive early morning, and our hotel is located in Otemachi, close to Tokyo Station.
