Hey folks, I'm looking to try out some Japanese BBQ. I normally just grill with some lump charcoal on my grill but want to venture to a Konro.
All the sites I've seen seem to have the exact same Konro, specifically Knifewear and Korin. I live in the LA metro and there's a local shop that sells what seems to look like the same Konro for $500.
my question is there any difference between Knifewear and Korin for the DE Konros or are they pretty much the same? Makes me want to buy the grill from Knifewear and other things from korin or local.
