So I’ve seen posts from the past and usual recommendations are Le Creuset or All Clad etc. But lost on what to actually buy. I’ve had tfal non stick but it started staining after around 6 months, then I tried Thermos and it lasted about only a month.
I do a meal prep every weekend, usually 5-6 meals. No揚げ物. Either stir frying or some stew. So I’ll be cooking continuously for about 2-3 hrs and usually in mid-high heat.
What would be the best pot for this? I don’t mind spending extra just so that I don’t need to buy every now and then. Something that can last over a year or so.
