Hi, I need help planning an itinerary for three full days in Tokyo with my father (50) and sister (13). I will personally be here for a month, so I am in no rush, while my dad and sister are here for about a week. I want to make sure they experience as much as possible. This is what I have so far, and would like to know your thoughts:
(Days are not particularly in this order, open to moving it around)
Day 1/3
Tsukiji, Ginza, & Asakusa
- Tsukiji Market
- Head to Ginza Mitsukoshi (mall opens at 10am)
- Lunch in Ginza
- Go to Asakusa for Senso-ji Temple
- Hoppy Street
- Nakamise Dori
Day 2/3
Shinjuku & Shibuya
- Tokyo Metropolitan Govt Building
- Meiji Shrine
(fill with more possibly)
Harajuku Takeshita Street
Shibuya Hikarie
Shibuya Sky Tree
Dinner in Shibuya
Roam around at night
I am not sure if my plans are too packed, or possibly empty as this is our first time visiting Japan. Would like suggestions and also what I could do on the 3rd day. Hotel is based in Shinjuku. My father has no interest in teamlabs or Tokyo Skytree since we are going to Shibuya Sky. Thank you in advance for your suggestions!
