So as the title says, It is already July and i have not gotten any resident tax papers to pay the tax. Im going into my 3rd year so yes i should be getting it and they haven't been taking it out of my paycheck this whole year (apparently starting this July going forward). Am I supposed to get it at my mail box or do I have to get it from my employer? I'm budgeting and i need to see how much i owe for the first payment.
