Always seen graffiti stickers on electrical boxes and other places in and around Tokyo.
Would it be ok/ legal for me to take them off and take one or two home? I’d assume it would be fine as it’s technically cleaning. But wouldn’t want to cause any trouble, or get involved with the police.
