I live in ibaraki and I realized that there's always this weird but playful chime that plays from literally nowhere everyday at exactly 5pm… when I was living in Nagano years ago I never heard any chime and this is my first time. Can someone explain what this chime is and where it comes from????
Also, please tell me that I'm not the only one getting annoyed from this. I've been in ibaraki for a while now but I'm still not used to this chime….
