Has anyone succesfully made a reservation for the Chiikawa café (The Guest) as a tourist?

The website only works on my phone (I'm missing a crucial dropdown on any computer I try it), and I can't figure out if I can make a reservation without a Japanese adress.. Has anyone been able to? Do you have any tips?
