I’m a student going into my graduate program looking to move out of my dorm that i lived in for all four years of my undergrad and I have no idea how moving works in Japan, let alone anywhere honestly. I know that they are notoriously weird to foreigners a lot of the time.
Choosing inokashira line (idk if it’s a good idea) because a lot of the stuff I do for my career and everything is quite near there, well honestly what matters is if I live in Tokyo near (like on the same line or transferable lines) Shibuya harajuku etc. I do have friends who can assist me with translation and everything perfectly fine. Any advice would be welcome.
