Hello Everyone. I am looking for some insights.
I have around 3 years of professional working experience in my home country. I have developed a lot of Hyper Casual games for 1 company and I have one computer game for another company. I have a little experience in porting the computer game to Nintendo Switch.
I passed JLPT N2 before coming to Japan last year. I am currently enrolled in a Japanese Language school to practice my Japanese conversation ability and aiming to pass N1 this year.
How hard is it to find a Unity Game Programmer job in Tokyo?
Is using job hunting service such as "転職エージェント" a good choice?
Also, what I really want to know is how much does the result of the Aptitude Test(適性検査) influences the hiring chance? I am aiming for mid-career hiring (中途採用).
I think I am interested in applying for CyGames. Does anyone has any thoughts for that?
