I visit roppongi ever so often for work and I see touts next to the Urakami building and they manhandle women and they walk that strip like they own it. They nodded at the kebab shop owner and the owner just straight up ignored them. It was hilarious.
They have man handled girls in to lift next to Urakami while cops were like 2m away. I saw this the first time and I have been vary of going to cops since these guys won't act that way unless they have connections.
Is it like this in kabukicho as well?
Please let me know if I'm breaking any rules. I don't know anyone in Tokyo to ask this question.
