Sorry for asking such a gross question, but I need some advice from people who have been here longer than me.
Basically, I'm trying to date in Tokyo, but I don't really feel comfortable with all the people staring etc if I wanted to cuddle/kiss.
I don't wanna go "all the way", so I'd rather not go to a hotel. So far, I've just been at public parks after dark 😭
Would it be possible to cuddle/kiss at a net café with private rooms (such as Hailey'5)? Like, do they have cameras? Iirc karaoke rooms have cameras to prevent this kind of thing.

Update: some of y'all seem to think that I'm being euphemistic. I legit am not looking to do anything… immoral or illegal.
ALSO I've been researching Hailey'5 more and they honestly have a pretty sweet set up with a big TV, soundproofing, and controllable AC/lighiting, etc.
BUT, I'm always looking for suggestions!
