Coming of Age Day holiday?

Hi all!

Am planning to visit Tokyo for a week in Jan 2025 and currently deciding if I should visit during the week of January 6th or the week of January 13th.

Understand that there is a Coming of Age Day holiday on Jan 13th, so was wondering if it will be too crowded that week, and whether should I visit during the week of January 6th instead for lower crowds? Not sure how big of a holiday is this

Will be visiting some theme parks such as Fuji Q, Tokyo Dome and Tokyo Disney as well
