Ending our Japan trip staying at Mitsui Garden Inn Kyobashi. How challenging is it to get to the Narita Express platform from that side of Tokyo Station? Would it be easier/faster to just take the Airport Bus?

Purchased a JR west wide area voucher via Klook and exchanged it at Shin Osaka counter for the pass. But my pass does not have a QR code or no. To reserve seats with the machine and I'm having to look for the JR counter every time and the counter person selects a random seat for me! Why?!!
