Cross Compatible Apps?

As the title implies, looking for cross compatible apps that can work in iOS and Android/PC respectively.

Here’s my scenario: I often read Japanese and the “ideal” app would allow me to search for word meanings, as well as allow me to study vocabulary (via SRS).

Now, not a big fan of ANKI but am aware it’s cross-platform, just that I dread making cards all the time.

Apps such as MIDORI or AEDICT3 are EN-JP dictionaries with built in SRS functionality, but they cannot share entires the same way.

Thus why I’m looking for apps that could allow me to take my work anywhere regardless of the ecosystem.

If there’s such an app, albeit paid one at that, please let me know, or alternatively let me hear what you guys use for online sync.
