Hello!
I’m curious to know if anyone has any routines before heading into work and after leaving work for emotional regulation? It’s tough being a teacher, and we’re pulled in so many different directions in the classroom. On top of that, living and working in Japan as a foreigner has its unique challenges, so it can be quite easy to accumulate a lot of anger and frustration, leading to burn out (which I’m in the midst of experiencing now).
It would be great to know anything you do to help keep yourself sane and grounded!
