Are there English websites/forums which discuss the best Japanese / Japan Credit Cards for chasing / collecting Airmiles please?

I am trying to find out which air miles credit cards to apply for in Japan.

I have searched Flyer Talk and the threads are old and aren't updated constantly like card discussions in other countries.

Anyone got sites or forums they follow to be sure they're using the best card to maximize the miles they get?
