So, this tax cut topic is still a little nebulous to me.
As far as I understood without exception, everybody gets a cut of 40k on their taxes, by having to pay less of this tax letter you'll get yearly?
How about people who are in the country on a dependent visa? Some of them won't get those tax letters, so how can they receive the tax cut? Or are they not eligible for it?
