飲 kanji pronounced as カサ?

I was listening to the song "I Love…" By Official Hige Dandism, and the line where it says this, "飲られた銀河" the entire line is pronounced as "kasa rareta ginga". Curious if this is just done because it's a song, or if there is some sort of unique grammar when using 飲. Thank you 🙏

  1. Where did you get the kanji from? Wherever I look, the line is:

    >レプリカばかりが飾られた銀河

    *かざられた kazarareta*

    —-

But in general, yes, it’s possible to choose an arbitrary pronunciation for any kanji; usually choosing the pronunciation of one word but the kanji of another word with a similar meaning. That is artistic licence and done to evoke some specific feeling or more complex nuance. Usually that is accompanied by furigana then.

  2. You got the wrong kanji apparently, the only remotely similar thing I see there is 飾られた銀河
