Any recommendations on foreigner friendly credit card applications? I have tried applying for SMBC and Rakuten online but both were declined. I'm suspecting it is due to the length of my name.
Have you visited any branch that could entertain applications in English? I live in Toyonaka but Umeda, Namba, and Senri Chuo are pretty accessible.
Any other tips would be very much appreciated.
