Sharon's sake selection was completely on point for us and her additional nigiri selection was a true highlight. The absolute masters in the kitchen have redefined balance and composition. Even the simplicity of the oysters were elevated beyond all expectation by the tiniest artistic addition by someone with true passion for food. This culinary castle goes above and beyond in accommodating their guests. I will be chasing this meal for the rest of time in my life and I'm my dreams. The torched otoro melted in my mouth like moist fatty brisket. Every piece of nigiri was a different delight.
