Will i be able to move my career from Australia to Japan as a mechanic?

Hi guys, im half japanese half aussie, currently living in Australia and plan to do an apprenticeship for Mechanical repairs i think i want to do passenger vehicles. However i plan to move back home in Japan after i finish my apprenticeship and maybe a little longer. Will my Australian mechanic's qualifications and licenses etc translate over in Japan or will i have to redo my qualifications anyway? Thanks
