Hello,
I tried Tattoo Friendly Japan for this but wasn't having much luck… I'm going to be spending a few days in Hiroshima and I have a tattoo on my left shoulder (tribute to a loved one). Does anyone know of an onsen, hot spring, public bath, etc. in Hiroshima that's fine with that, or okay so long as I cover it up (I have a shoulder strap I can use)?
