2. yes, Japan could use more women in politics, maybe that would help change things in the long term.

3. Nearly any country could use more female representation in politics. Japan is probably near the TOP of that list, though. Glad to see it. Please do.

   Ahhh, Japan. Classic behavior here, reminds me of [that time they cancelled the day’s agenda and held an emergency meeting and spent literally 8 hours debating how to best reprimand a female that dared to have a cough drop during the assembly.](https://time.com/5411709/politician-cough-drop/)
