I need help with the shinkansen reservations. I've tried five different cards which have had no luck so far. I have 3D Secure on all of them, so I don't know why they won't work. I've tried contacting my bank and they told me that it was the merchant's (aka JR Central) problem. I've also tried contacting the customer support for the shinkansen, but it says that it cannot be dialed (I also have an international call plan), and they immediately cancel the call when I try to call the number they send me. I've been trying for the past few days, and we need to board the shinkansen by tomorrow, but we have no tickets. Got any advice?
