Since living here I’ve had about 1 tuna mayo onigiri everyday. Ontop of obviously eating more fish. This has been going on for about 4 months. I’ve recently been getting some brain fog but this can be attributed to many things and isn’t super serious. I was wondering if you’ve had any similar experiences and if I should get my mercury levels tested. I’m planning on going cold turkey for a couple weeks already just to see if there’s a difference.
