My pit stop in Hakone from Kyoto to Tokyo. Is this possible?

As mentioned in my previous post, I’ll be checking out from Kyoto and heading to Tokyo.
However I’m planning to enjoy Hakone in the meantime.

I was told this is one of best places to see Mt. Fuji and trying out an onsen.

My current plan is this:
After arriving via Hakone Station, I’ll be going to Amazake Chaya. A friend recommended me this spot to check out.
Then head to Hakone Shrine and Heiwa no Torii.
I was also recommended the Open Air Museum so that’s after the Shrine.
Finally, see Mt. Fuji via the Mishima Skywalk.

End the day with an onsen break at either Hakone Yuryo or Hakone Tenzan
Finally walk back to Hakone Station to Tokyo.

Considering the distance between each area, I’m wondering if this is possible or is there a better option? What is the earliest time to board the train? I’m open to feedback and suggestions.
