Itinerary Check – 4 weeks in November

I'm trying not to meticulously plan out every single day to leave room to walk around and find stuff naturally. Each day's plan is mostly a rough outline for the sub's guidelines, I'm willing to change a whole planned day if I feel like it. This will also be the longest vacation I've ever done and my first solo trip abroad so any tips are greatly appreciated.

If you read all of that thank you so much. I'm open to feedback on number of days in each spot and activities for certain days. I do have a couple general questions as well for this trip:

  • Will I reliably be able to do laundry throughout the trip? I've read hotels have laundry services which I'll need to use at least a few times during the month.
  • Is forwarding luggage a few days in advance ok to do? I was planning on forwarding my suitcase to Tokyo when leaving Kanazawa, which will have 3 nights in between where I won't need more than a duffel bag. I was also planning to forward it to Kyoto from Osaka so I don't have to lug it up to Koyasan and back.
