I am interested in doing Lasik in Japan but I haven't found an English Speaking Eye Clinic in Kyoto that offer the Lasik services. I know that there is the Shinagawa clinic in Osaka but because I live in Kyoto and that my Japanese level is intermediate I don't feel confident enough to go to a non english one
