In-person language classes

I'm in Tokyo for a few month and I'd like to use this time to learn a bit of Japanese. I want to focus on conversation (not writing reading) and I want to meet in person since I'm here. Ideally Tue Wed Thu after work.

I found an intensive class by it also includes reading and writing.

1. Is there anything like this as a group? (not private)
2. If the only option is private, what could be a public place not too loud open from 7 to 9? Starbucks?
3. Where can I find an in-person teacher willing to meet in central Tokyo? (Ideally not paying 20-30% to a platform so we both get a better deal)
